At the beginning you will meet with one of our building consultants and will discuss the project at hand. We will consult with you and go into great detail about the service and products we recommend to get your project done and within your budget. We will also help you get the necessary financing with one of our lenders.
The initial process takes about a week from understanding the scope of work to handing you an estimate. Once job costing is done a Building Consultant and a Project Manager will meet with you and go over the entire proposal in great detail so everyone is on the same page. There is a no pressure approach to this process. All we want is to make you another happy customer.
